Laurent Duenas, an MBA graduate from ESCP Europe, has been an IT professional for 25 years. 13 years in the IT Department of the Essilor group, then from 1995 to 2007 as head of his own businnes: first in Service Desk outsourcing; then in ITSM consulting. This ITIL framework expert (Service Manager V2, Expert V3) develops his expertise on IT Service alignment on business requirements. He constantly promotes ITIL good practices as levers creating value for his customers. He sets up IT Service strategies and implements processes for several key accounts in the fields of banking, insurance, energy, industry, transportation and services. Between 2007 and 2011, he carries on his activities as head of the Consulting subsidiary of the Econocom group, where he contributes to industrialize outsourcing offers. Since 2011, he's has been appointed to several European missions for business development, reorganization and company merger.
Since 2009, he writes books to share his beliefs and thoroughly addresses successes and difficulties in the implementation of ITSM good practices, without any taboo or dogmatism.
